Hey Sumos! Are you ready to learn more about your subscribers?

With this latest batch of updates to Message Center, we’re helping you do just that.

Now you can put a face to your subscribers

Anytime your subscribers have a Gravatar connected to their email address, you’ll see this in your list of subscribers in Message Center

Click on a subscriber from your list and you’ll uncover more details about them:

This rich data gives you key insight on:

  • Their name
  • Where they’re from (down to the country and city levels)
  • Where they signed up
  • What browser and operating system they’re using
  • And the last time you contacted them

As long as your subscribers have that information attached to their email address, you’ll see this right in Sumo.

Having this type of data on your subscribers helps you understand them more and when you do that, you’ll know exactly how to message them, guide them back to your site, and capture the sale.

The next update has to do with your new subscriber notifications.

Anytime a new subscriber signs up, and you click on the alert from the notifications area, you’ll be taken to your subscriber list in Message Center. This is where you’ll find your complete list of customers, including the recently added ones. You’ll also see their Gravatars and any other details they’ve shared.
